Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: What shipping methods do you use and how do you come up with your shipping prices? A: Most of our items are shipping and imported directly from Hong Kong, we use international express shipping for the costumes, charge for all the bonus items (on average weights 4lbs), costumes, and packaging of this weight normally quoted over US$100 at all courier's website. Most everything else is shipping via international Hong Kong Airmail. Q. How long will it take to get my item? A. Most Items Are Shipped Out Same Day Or Next Day. Delivery normally takes 7 to 10 working days for costumes and 7-20 days for most everything else. This is to most major cities in Europe, Asia and North America. There can also be potential delays due to flight cancellation and customs clearance which are out of our control. Q. Can I get only the (Insert a part of the costume) A. No, we do not break up the costume. They are all hand tailored and made to go together. Q. How do I know what size I am? A. There is a measurement chart located on front page. Q. Can I get a custom tailored size? A. Yes we will tailor, made to fit any items for an additional $35. Q. Returns/Exchanges. A. We can accept size exchanges in most cases. Refunds can be given in cases wit quality problems such as rips and tears. Quality problems are not, nor limited to, real life item is not like imaginary cartoon characters. Or real life product not exact color as pixel screen colors. Since cosplay is usually used for just one event such as halloween or convention, we have very strict policy regarding return for refund. If you want a refund, you need to contact us immediately(within 24 hours) after you receive the package and once you have the RAN, please send us back the package with tracking number with no delay. We donot accept refund during major conventions(the week of Anime LA, Anime Boston, A-kon, AnimeNext, Anime Expo, Otakon, Dragon Con, Anime USA and month of Halloween, from 1st Oct till 31th Oct). Q. Do you take commissions? A. No, sorry not at this time. Q. Can I get faster shipping A. The express shipping method we already use is the faster we can offer at this time. Q.
